The Progress

There are befores and afters the completely finished aren't here yet cause its not all done yet have to wait till we get the chance to get more sandstone hauled down :)

The cut out in the hill you will see will be sandstone covered as well then a jacuzzi will go there :) also on the patio we have a gazebo to put it just haven't built it yet due to not having the patio finished eventually we plan to build a water fall off the edge of the pool! 

All we need is time to get it all done! Hope you enjoy!

Finally!

I am going to finally update our blog I finally have a new computer so I don't have pictures yet(haven't got them transfered from the old one yet) : ) But update on how things are going! We Finally got into our new home we have been here about a month now!
We have done tons of work in the back yard and almost have it all finished and the last portion is the hardest and will take the longest! So hopefully sometime soon. We will be more motivated to do more once it finally cools off!
For those of you reading that aren't in the Queen Creek area yes it is October but yes it is still hot!
Royal has been busy working we are seeming to like his new schedule it gives us time to actually be productive!
The doctor I work for has been picking up so I have been much busier lately as well!

My niece Casey is getting so big we are hoping to get to go out to Texas and see her soon, can't wait for the holidays to bring the family together to be able to enjoy her!

Our New Home Update

We are scheduled to sign papers on our new home this coming week! We are so excited we should be moving in Friday. I get a new house for my Birthday! I have gotten new house for the last three years for my birthday but this year it is mine to keep! The other have been rentals this one is actually ours! We are so excited and can't wait to start adding our own touch to the house! The back yard is all dirt except for a big pool right in the center so we are very excited to do some landscaping! :) Make it pretty it has great potential we have big plans for it.

The Inspection

It was so great today we went to meet the inspector for our new home and he had a great report theres a couple silly things wrong that I nor Royal would have ever noticed unless he said something :) We consider it ours now theres nothing "lurking behind the shadows" now that we've had the inspection done and the inspector said "it is a very nice house" and he also said unfortunately he doesn't get to say that much about foreclosures. Were very excited we can't wait to jump into that pool!!!

Along in the moving process we sold our pool table today! Glad about that since the only place there was room in the house was on the second story in the loft! Was not looking forward to getting that up the stairs!!!

Our First Home

We are in the process of buying our first home together. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2 story with a pool. Its got fresh new paint like new carpet in a great neighbor hood full of kids, and families! We are very excited to have this accomplishment under our belts! We fill its a great one we being a young couple I will be a 20 year old home owner and he will be a 24 year old home buyer! We are very excited it will be a great starter home for us and our future children!

The Beginning

Royal and I met when we were fresh out of diapers at The Cowpuncher's Reunion in Williams, Arizona. Our parents and families have known each other for quite a long time. As we grew we became friends and always look forward to seeing each other at the yearly reunion. Unknowing Royal had a crush on me since forever, and I thought he was interested in my sister! I had a crush on Royal and he thought I was interested in his brother!

Since Royal lived in Queen Creek and I lived in Holbrook (where his family is originally from) it was quite a distance and we didn't keep in contact much other then that once a year and via email or instant messaging.

We grew older and apart we were both very involved in High School activities and sports, had various different boyfriends and girlfriends and got to the point where we would give a casual hey how you been as we passed each other at the reunion each year.

Our lives changed we graduated I went away to Tucson for college and was beginning a whole new chapter of my life as well as Royal had graduated and was busy working and living his life.

June 26, 2009 we both happened to be on Myspace at the same time and I decided to see how Royal had been, we began talking on Instant messaging and Royal insisted I text him instead and gave me his number.

We exchaged texts for a while and Royal asked if he could call me, of course I said yes :) we talked that night until 6 a.m. the next morning. We talked literally 24/7 from then on. We connected nearly immediately.

On July 8th through a text Royal ask me if he gave me his heart would I break it? My response was I don't intend to.

At this point we hadn't seen each other in a year and unitl recently haven't had actual indepth conversation in a couple of years later that night over the phone we decided we were officially "boyfriend and girlfriend" Royal was working nights for his job and didn't get off until 2 a.m.
We couldn't stand it we wanted to see each other he drove to Tucson from Queen Creek after he got off work! His older sister had borrowed his truck so he brought his neighbors chrysler convertable. (If you know Royal you can picture that sight) but he wanted to see me!!!
He had to be back to work the next day by 1 p.m. but it was worth the trip!

From then on we traveled back and forth splitting the trips between us two. That August my lease in Tucson was up I was done with school and nothing was keeping me there any longer I found a house to rent in QC and moved!!! We continued dating and were engaged Nov. 21, 2009.
We married on March 6, 2010 at 5:00!
Some say the perfect fairytale story! Definately a happy ending to our beginning!
